FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kiana Barragan and Noah Griffin Schutt
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be formal attire. We invite our guests to dress in elegant evening wear to help us set the tone for our celebration. For our special day, we recommend floor-length gowns, formal cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits for women, and suits or tuxes with a tie or bow tie for men. Please refrain from casual attire such as jeans, shorts, sneakers, or overly casual dresses, as well as anything too casual for an evening formal event. Thank you for helping us make our day feel extra special!

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place inside the church. Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour outdoors. The reception and dancing will then continue indoors, and guests are welcome to explore the property outdoors of Barr Mansion throughout the evening.

Question

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. If you would like to bring a gift, a gift table will be available at the reception. For ease of travel, we kindly encourage gifts to be sent to the address provided on our registry ahead of the wedding.

Question

Where do we park for the ceremony?

Answer

Free parking is available behind Saint Mary Cathedral at the Capitol Tower Garage (940 San Jacinto Blvd). Please allow ample time for parking and walking to the Cathedral.

Question

Where do we park for the reception?

Answer

The reception will be at Barr Mansion, a 15 minute drive from Saint Mary. There will be plenty of parking available there.

Question

Should I drink and drive?

Answer

No. We recommend to Uber/Lyft to and from the ceremony and reception if you plan on drinking.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to space/constraints and safety restrictions, we are unable to accommodate children at our wedding unless specified on your invitation. Date night on us!

Question

How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

Answer

If there's any updated information, all updated information will be posted on the wedding website. If there is a significant change closer to the wedding date, we will reach out by phone or email to alert you of it.
