Please RSVP by April 1st! Click on the "RSVP" tab to RSVP.
We ask that you refrain from taking pictures and videos on your phone during the ceremony. We've hired a wonderful professional photographer that will be capturing our special day, and we would hate for a phone to get in the way of her photographic magic. We promise to share photos after the big day!
Though we love our little ones, our ceremony will be adult and children over 13 years old only. We hope this allows all guests to relax and enjoy themselves.
Yes! Please note it on your RSVP. There is a question about dietary restrictions on the digital RSVP. You can RSVP on the "RSVP" tab!
Unpredictable! One moment it may be warm and sunny and the next it will be hailing. We recommend having a light rain jacket or umbrella as you navigate the city on your way to the wedding. We have a back up plan for an indoor wedding in case it rains! As Oregonians, we're kind of betting on it. So, don't worry - we won't have you sitting in the soggy grass for a rainy wedding. Whatever the weather, we'll be dry, happy, and full of love :)
You're welcome to arrive anytime after 4 p.m.! The ceremony will start at 4:30, with a cocktail hour to follow and then dinner and festivities.
Yes! You are welcome to park in the McMenamins parking lot. If there are no spots, you can park at the Fred Meyer across the street or in the alley behind the roadhouse.
There is a loose dress code of business casual. Have fun dressing up in your favorite snazzy outfit! We recommend dresses or jumpsuits - or even a killer pant suit! And also slacks and a button up, with a suit jacket if you're feeling fancy.
Check out the "Travel" tab for our venue's recommendations!
There is no scheduled transportation to the ceremony. However, there are public transportation options and Uber/Lyft are abundant in this area! You can also rent a car near the airport when you come into town.
