What Should I Do If I Cannot Make It?

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate “Will NOT Attend” on the RSVP tab or let us know so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP’d “Attending”, but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify us as soon as you are aware.

Can I Bring a Date/Plus One?

Due to limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to “(Your Name) and Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out- we’d be happy to clarify! Thank you so much for understanding!

What Should I Wear?

We would love our friends and family in garden party/semi-formal attire to celebrate with us! We are kindly asking for guests to wear colorful pieces and floral prints! If you would like more inspiration/details you can click on the attire tab above.

Will The Celebration Be Indoors Or Outdoors/Weather?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside. The reception will be indoors. The ceremony will be held on a grassy area, so please wear appropriate shoes. Typically in July weather in this area of Reno is an average of 85 during the day and cooler in the evening. Other parts of Reno can get as high as 95.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 3:30-3:45 so you have time to park, settle in, and enjoy the surroundings before the ceremony begins!

Is There Parking Available/Transportation?

Yes, there is parking. We will provide more information on transportation closer to the wedding date!

Can I Take Photos During The Ceremony?

We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony. We are choosing to have an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present with us. We would love for you to take all the photos you please any other time of the evening!

-Please do not bring any outside beverages. We will have a lovely bartender helping serve beverages throughout the night! - Please keep in mind that if you are staying in Incline Village there are no Ubers! - The turn for our venue comes up fast if you are driving, and it can be hard to turn around on the road. If you miss it please be extra mindful!
