San Jose Del Cabo

Cabo has two parts - San Jose Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Please ensure you're booking the Viceroy or another hotel that is in San Jose Del Cabo as the two areas are about 45 minutes apart. San Jose Del Cabo is where all events will be taking place and is known for its more relaxed atmosphere with a focus on art, culture, and history. We're so excited to share it with you!

Flight

SDJ - Los Cabos International Airport

This is the main airport in Cabo to fly in and out of and it is only 20 minutes from hotels in San Jose Del Cabo. Passports are required for Mexico so please make sure yours is valid through June of 2026!

Impala Ground Services has created a special shuttle reservation link just for our guests! To get transportation to/from the airport and hotel, simply input your flight information for a seamless journey once you land in Cabo, regardless of where you choose to stay.

Viceroy Los Cabos

We will be staying at the Viceroy and would love for our guests to join us so we can spend every moment with you! You can book through the site directly. We recommend booking ASAP as rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pro-Tip: check your credit card offers for potential discounts/rewards! Note - transportation for all events will be leaving from the Viceroy.

Hilton Vacation Club Cabo Azul Los Cabos

Cabo Azul is a great alternative to the Viceroy. It is conveniently located down the street from Viceroy, only a 10 minute walk along the beach or road!

Safety in Cabo

It is perfectly safe to travel to Mexico! Cabo has consistently been at a Level 2 travel advisory. Please refer to the US travel.state.gov website for more details.

Cash

Viceroy does not have an ATM machine and there are usually fees associated with ATMs once you get into town. Take out cash (MX pesos or USD) while you're at the airport for tipping drivers, staff, etc.
