FAQs

The Wedding Website of Julia Kalugar and Noah Nathan
Question

How far in advance should I book my accommodations?

Answer

Labor Day weekend is a busy travel time, so we recommend booking now! Accommodations in the area tend to fill up quickly for the holiday. We suggest reserving your hotel or Airbnb as soon as possible to ensure you have the best options and rates. You can find nearby recommendations and our room block details on the Travel page.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Summer Formal. Guests are invited to celebrate in elegant summer attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear suits, while ladies are invited to wear vibrant formal or cocktail dresses. As both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors, please keep the weather forecast in mind.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on-site at Bay View Weddings, and their staff will guide you to a spot upon arrival. If you or someone you're driving with has mobility needs, please let a parking attendant know. Bay View staff will arrange special accommodations to ensure they can comfortably access the ceremony site. Shuttle service will transport all guests from the parking area to the cliffside ceremony location and back.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes, Bay View weddings staff will be there to assist with any special accommodations.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation—if a guest is included, their name will be listed on the envelope.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors on a cliffside. The reception will follow at the main venue, which is tented.

Question

What time should we arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time for parking and Bay View shuttle transportation to the cliffside ceremony site.

Question

Can I bring my child along?

Answer

As the youngest members of large extended families, the bride and groom are fortunate to have more than 30 little ones in their growing family trees. The wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only, except for their two very special flower girls. Recognizing that traveling with little ones can be a challenge, children are warmly welcomed to attend other wedding weekend festivities, including the welcome party. Thank you for your understanding and for helping make this celebration so special!

Question

Will you have shuttle transportation?

Answer

At this time, we are not planning to provide shuttle transportation. We expect many of our guests will choose to stay in vacation rentals or other scenic hotels rather than within our hotel block, so a shuttle may not be the most practical option. If, as the wedding approaches, we determine that shuttle service to and from several hotels of the in the area would be beneficial, we'll make the necessary arrangements and update this page with the details.
