Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There is a Welcome Party for all guests on Friday evening from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. This will be held at the outdoor restaurant of the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa, Heaton's.

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail dresses and suits are welcome, so are gowns and tuxes.

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

Answer

Both. The wedding ceremony will be held on the beach of Vero Beach Hotel & Spa. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoor / outdoor events in the main hotel restaurant, Cobalt.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Short answer: No. Long answer: There will be a few kids at the wedding, but they are going to be in our ceremony as Ring Bearers and Flower Girls. We love your kids, but please enjoy our wedding kid free.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a hotel valet if you wish to use it. There is limited street parking, so please walk or order a ride share service (Uber or Lyft). Both of our hotels with room blocks are walking distance to all wedding events.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. All hotels recommended on our website are within a short walking distance to our venue, except the SpringHill Marriott. In the event that you need a ride, there are Uber and Lyft's in the area.
