Things to Do

The Wedding Website of Jacqueline Woods and Noah Trahar
We met in Charleston when Noah attended the Citadel for college. It's where Jackie grew up, and together we've done lots of exploring. Here's some of our local favorites, if you have the time!

Folly Beach

Folly Beach, SC

(Arguably) the best beach in Charleston, with lots of activities, restaurants, live music, etc.

Charleston Farmers Market

329 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29403

Saturdays from 8am - 2pm, a great place to find local artists and products, held in historic Marion Square.

Market Street

Market Street, Charleston, SC 29401

Another great place to find local artisan products, including Lowcountry sweetgrass.

Carriage Tours

Charleston is known for its history. Carriage tours of historic downtown Charleston are offered by several companies located on Anson St. We do not have one company to recommend -- from our experience, all provide an awesome experience! If you're feeling brave, book a haunted tour! We've heard they are great.

Theatre 99

280 Meeting Street, Charleston, SC 29401

A local comedy club. They have shows in the evening on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays. Make sure to get your tickets ahead of time -- they sell out fast!

Walk the Cooper River bridge

99 Harry M. Hallman Jr Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

Great way to start your day! Parking located under the bridge.

USS Yorktown

40 Patriots Point Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464

An aircraft carrier-turned museum and an awesome piece of military history. Great place for kids!
