Welcome Event

8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress code is casual attire. We suggest polo or button-down shirts with khaki pants or sundresses. Dressy flats or comfortable heels are welcome.

There will be hors d'oeuvres along with beer and wine. Can't wait to celebrate with you! We suggest eating beforehand. See our Charlottesville Recommendations to check out some of our favorite spots in town! Parking at the Draftsman is limited and valet only. We recommend carpooling, ubering or walking. There are a few parking garages within a 5-10 minute walk away.

Wedding

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Attire is black-tie optional.

The Ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM under the Linden Grove, but welcome drinks will be available starting at 4:30 PM. The Ceremony will be followed by a Cocktail Hour and Reception. The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside, and personal fans will be provided. Buses will depart at 4pm from the Draftsman and the Omni hotels: For the Draftsman, please meet the bus at Stacey Hall, across the street from the hotel. This is also directly next to the Courtyard Marriott. For the Omni, please meet the bus at the Water Street Bus Stop, just outside the Conservatory doors. This location is a short walk away from the Hilton Home2Suites. Parking is available at the Omni for you to get on the shuttle, but overnight parking is only available for those staying at the Omni. Staff at both hotels are ready to assist for you to find the bus on time! There is parking at the venue, but we highly recommend using the bus to get to and from the wedding.

Post-Wedding Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us for a post-wedding brunch the morning after. This casual event is a chance to relax, enjoy some breakfast, and spend some extra time with friends and family before everyone hits the road! There's no dress code - we want everyone to be comfortable during their travels home, so please feel free to wear whatever you like! Complimentary self-parking is available for everyone.
