Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Women: dresses with a pastel spring color palette; summery floral and ruffles welcome! Men: dress pants and shirt, no suit coat or tie required! Please no black :) The grounds include gravel pathways, cobblestone, and grass! Plan footwear accordingly!

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our reception will be held cocktail style immediately following the ceremony with the newlyweds taking a short intermission for pictures and a moment alone before joining our wonderful community! Please note: weather permitting we will be outdoors for both the ceremony and reception time!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is onsite right as you're pulling into the venue! With just a short walk on a beautiful garden path you'll be able to find our ceremony site with ease!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Let's get the party started! On time ;) We ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time so everyone has a chance to find a seat.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

We will not be serving a formal dinner, but will have a variety of appetizers, finger foods, and desserts available during the reception. The reception will end at 6:30 after the newlyweds are sent off with lots of love! We encourage you to embrace the beauty of Stillwater and the opportunity of being dressed up to have a date night out following our reception!

When should I RSVP by?

We ask that you RSVP by May 1st so we can get a final count of those who will be celebrating with us in person!

Do I have a +1? Are my kids invited?

Answer

Your invite has been addressed to those we'd love to be present with us! Due to venue size we've had to carefully select those who have played an important role in our lives to be with us on this special day!
