We first met in our high school freshman math class—just two kids who had no idea what the future had in store. Friendship quickly turned into something more, and by sophomore year, we were inseparable. After graduating together, life took us on separate paths—Noah headed 400 miles away to The Citadel in South Carolina, while I stayed closer to home at Troy University in Alabama. The distance was tough, but we made it work. By junior year, we started taking weekend trips to see each other, making every moment count. Our favorite escape? Jacksonville and St. Augustine, FL—where we squeezed a year’s worth of celebrations into a single weekend, from anniversaries to birthdays and Valentine’s Day. Before we knew it, we were walking across our college graduation stages just a month apart. That summer, we made the big move to North Carolina to start our next chapter together. In August 2022, we settled in Cary and soon after, welcomed our sweet rescue pup, Mack—our missing puzzle piece. Fast forward two years, and Noah planned a dream trip to Washington D.C. for the Cherry Blossom Festival—something I’d always wished to see in person. On our first night there, beneath a canopy of pink blossoms, he got down on one knee and asked me to spend forever with him. It was the most magical, perfect moment and the easiest "yes" Haley has ever said. Now, we can’t wait to celebrate our love with all of our favorite people! Let the countdown begin! 💕🎉
