What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 5 pm so we can ensure everyone is seated. We’ll be walking down the aisle right at 5:30 pm!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately can only accommodate those addressed on the invitation/RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

I have unique dietary requirements, can I adjust my dinner selection?

Answer

Yes! If you are gluten-free, vegan, or just have a sensitive stomach, please let us know! We’ll make sure one of the dinner options works for you, or we’ll request plain chicken or shrimp from our caterer for your entrée.

Are kids welcome?

We have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. The only kiddies invited are our flower girls and ring bearer. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is limited parking at the venue. If you plan on drinking, we request you utilize the hotel parking lot and shuttle, as overnight parking at the venue is not allowed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire 𖧧 Ladies, think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and floral sundresses. We'd prefer if you refrain from wearing white or green (bridesmaids are in green and we want them to have their moment!) Men, dress in your best jackets and slacks, but no need to wear a tie if you don't want to!

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes! Please see the Hotel & Shuttle tab for hotel information and to make your reservation within our room block. We’ll be staying at the hotel both Thursday and Friday evening, join us!

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The shuttles will leave from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:30 pm and will take us back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please see the Hotel & Shuttle tab for additional information.

I’m from far away, what airport should I fly into?

Answer

Nearest airport is BWI!
