Hampton Inn & Suites Chapel Hill/Carrboro

This is probably the closets hotel to our ceremony and reception site. We'd recommend staying here if you want somewhere convenient. However, if you want other options, there are tons of hotels in Chapel Hill to choose from.

House Or Rental

Airbnb or VRBO

There are a few houses near the Barn at Valhalla (wedding venue), and a bunch in Carborro and Chapel Hill. We'd recommend staying in Carborro/Chapel Hill for a place close to the wedding location, and also lots to do. However, as Durham residents, we would of course support you staying in and exploring Durham! Just know it's about 30 min from the venue. Also check VRBO for additional listings.

Flight

Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU)

The easiest airport to fly into is RDU. It's about a 30 min drive from the airport to Carborro and the venue location. However, you can also fly into Greensboro, NC (GSO) for another option. GSO is about an hour's drive to the venue.

Travel Note

Camping!

While we know the weather will be iffy in February, there is plenty of space outdoors if anyone would like to camp on the property the night of the wedding. There will be a fire pit and accessible bathrooms. There is also a gazebo that is heated that people can sleep in as well. Please email Courtney if you're interested in one of these options!
