To ensure your evening is as seamless and enjoyable as possible, complimentary transportation will be provided for guests who wish to use it. A 54-passenger shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:00 PM to transport guests to the ceremony venue. At the conclusion of the reception, the shuttle will depart at 10:15 PM and return guests to the hotel. There is also plenty of on-site parking available for guests who prefer to drive. For guests requiring transportation beyond the hotel afterward, rideshare services such as Uber may be arranged from the hotel to your home or Airbnb accommodations. Please note that rideshare services are generally unavailable directly from the venue, as it is located approximately 40 minutes outside of Wilmington. We kindly ask that all guests plan for a safe and reliable ride home in advance.

The dress code is Garden Party Attire. We’d love to see guests in bright, summery colors - think flowy midi or maxi dresses and polished summer looks that feel fun and elegant outdoors. Gentlemen, please wear a suit or khaki pants paired with a jacket.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 in the afternoon. Following the ceremony, guests will be invited to enjoy an outdoor cocktail hour at the venue. The reception will commence at 5:30 PM, where dinner will be served, followed by speeches and toasts. The evening will conclude with dancing and celebration.
