As an avid Packers fan, Lambeau Field is a must-see according to Ashley! This iconic stadium has been home to the Packers since 1957 and is packed with history and unforgettable game-day energy.
Right next to Lambeau Field, the Titletown District is a vibrant gathering spot filled with restaurants, breweries, shops, and outdoor spaces. Whether you want to grab a bite, enjoy local craft beer, or just soak up the lively atmosphere, it's a great place to hang out and experience the heart of Green Bay.
Three words: $5 Old Fashioned. A favorite of Noah's that quickly became a favorite for us both. If you're looking for a relaxed spot to unwind with a great cocktail, C Street Pub is the place. Tucked away in downtown Green Bay, it has a cozy, vintage vibe with dim lighting, friendly bartenders, and a welcoming atmosphere. We love stopping in for an old fashioned and a game or two of darts.
Another personal favorite of Ashley's. Located inside a beautifully renovated fire station in historic Vickery Village, Station 1 Brewing offers a cozy atmosphere with a great selection of craft beers brewed on-site. It's the perfect spot to relax, enjoy some quality brews, and soak in the friendly, community vibe. (While there's no guarantee that any will be on tap, if a cream ale is available those are always Ashley's #1 recommendation)
A lively spot known for its delicious, hearty dishes and welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're grabbing a casual meal or sharing plates with friends, it's a great place to enjoy good food and unwind during your visit to Green Bay. Plank Road has a sister location called Narrow Bridge Plate & Pour with a very similar menu. Ashley regularly craves their cauliflower wings.
Voyageurs Bakehouse is a cozy downtown spot known for its delicious sourdough breads, pasties, and creative sandwiches all made daily. They also serve excellent coffee, making it the perfect place to grab a tasty bite and a great cup to relax during your visit.
Tucked inside a historic canning building on Main Street, Kompound Cafe is a hidden gem. It's warm, welcoming, and serves up delicious coffee, house-made syrups, and gluten-free treats. Whether you're grabbing a latte or just looking for a cozy spot to relax, it's a great little stop during your visit.
For an elegant yet cozy evening, Amphora Wine Bar is the perfect pick. With its exceptional wine and cocktail menu and delicious shareable plates, it's a beautiful spot to gather and unwind. Fun fact: this is where Noah picked Ashley up from the night he proposed!
Just a short drive from Green Bay, Door County is a great getaway. With charming small towns, beautiful shorelines, wineries, lighthouses, and endless scenic views, it's the perfect spot for a day trip or a relaxing escape. If you have extra time during your stay, we definitely recommend making the trip!
