Is There A Dress Code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is formal/semi-formal. We suggest that men wear a suit and women wear a cocktail length to long dress.

Can I Bring a Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. When you RSVP you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Are Kids Welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we cannot accommodate children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the RSVP tab for the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Is There Transportation to the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation for guests staying at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East and Tru by Hilton Lancaster East. The shuttle will leave at 4:00pm from Fairfield Inn & Suites Lancaster East and 4:10pm from Tru by Hilton Lancaster East for the ceremony. Pick ups from the venue to return to the hotels will occur at 9:00pm and 10:00pm.

Is There Parking Available at the Venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking onsite

Will the Ceremony and Reception be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour will be inside and outside, and the reception will be inside.

Am I allowed to take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have opted to have an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, however feel free to snap shots throughout cocktail hour & the reception.
