Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We'll keep everyone posted! We'll be sending out Save the dates, then in the summer we'll send the Invitations. With the invitations, how you will know when to RSVP. If you have any questions please reach out to Victoria, Noah, or the Bride/Grooms family!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Wedding Starts at 2:30. We would love everyone to show up at least 30 to 45 minutes early to find parking & get settled. Most of everyone in our family is close to the area, so plan accordingly!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Jetton Park is a public space to the community around us, so please keep in mind that parking close to the Venue is not guaranteed! The park cannot keep vistors away from the area we have chosen. We recommended arriving with extra time to spare to find adequate parking, maybe even carpooling with others in the family. We want to ensure the grandparents have the best parking and getaway as possible.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

More to come with our out of town family and friends! We have everyone accounted for and will be communicating with each and everyone of you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Check on the Schedule tab! We want everyone to be business casual, and look like the amazing person they are. Comfortable, Confident and Cozy.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The chosen venue we have has limited seating totaling to about 80 people. Keeping the wedding relatively small, average sized. Please reach out and ask! We have taken account of everyones loved ones, and significant others in advance.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Of course! They're already accounted for when the parent RSVP's. With Children being on both sides of the family, we couldn't imagine spending the day without them. With Jetton Park being a public space, there are playgrounds and plenty of areas to explore if the kids decide they need to get some energy out.

Question

What food will be served at the wedding?

Answer

We have been exploring alot of options. Currently we are exploring the idea of Charcuterie board, finger friendly foods. Since the wedding will be happening earlier in the afternoon we wanted to provide something that everyone could snack on as the reception goes on and photos are being taken. Ranging from Fruits, Veggies, Crackers, Meats, and more.

Question

Will Alcohol and beer be served?

Answer

This is an Alcohol free wedding! <3

Question

Who is the photographer that did y'alls engagement photos?

Answer

We got them done through a wonderful person and friend, Kim Yandle. She did fantastic job capturing us and we had a good time doing it. Might even have her shoot our wedding! https://www.yandlemm.com/

Question

How did we come up with idea of a Lord of the Rings/Hobbit themed wedding?

Answer

We really loved the idea of a fall time wedding, the colors being the biggest inspiration with the cool air setting in. & Also Noah grew up really loving Lord of the Rings! So the idea was the merge the colors, add a twist of fun and have a themed wedding.
