Our love story is full of broken rules and secrets!!!! Just kidding. …Mostly. We met in the summer of 2022 while working together in Edgerton, KS. That December, we decided to hang out before the work Christmas party and, surprise, actually liked each other. A lot. But since we were coworkers and trying to be responsible adults (lol), we kept things quiet for a while. Unfortunately, that did not work out in our favor. We were confronted by our supervisors and given the choice to leave or break up. Not the best start to a new relationship by any means. However, faced with this loathsome decision, Ali searched and was able to secure a new position at a different company. After that, we had nothing to hide and our love blossomed! We met each other’s families, fell even more in love, and have been through a whole lot together—moves, new jobs, loss in the family, and all the life stuff that inevitably makes a relationship stronger. We’ve travelled all around the country and visited many cool places; South Dakota, Colorado, Nebraska, Georgia, North Carolina, Mississippi, just to name a few. Now we live together in Fayetteville, Arkansas where we can be ourselves and hike as much as we want in the beautiful scenery… and thankfully our (mainly Ali) only “rule breaking” these days is Ali letting the dogs on the couch, even though she isn't supposed to.
