What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 22 so we can finalize our guest count and arrangements. We truly appreciate your timely response!

What is the dress code for your wedding?
Answer
Our dress code is semi-formal. We kindly ask guests to avoid bright or neon colors to help maintain the elegant, soft atmosphere of the day.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Question
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel?
Answer
Please note that the hotels will not be providing shuttle service to and from the venue. We do have a party bus picking us up at 11:00 from the reception. If you're staying at the Best Western you're more than welcome to ride along, just let us know ahead of time. If you're not riding along, we kindly ask that you arrange transportation in advance to ensure a safe and seamless evening — Uber and other rideshare services are readily available in the area. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Are plus-one's and children allowed?
Answer
Invited guests are welcome to bring a plus-one if indicated on their invitation. We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements so you can join us!

Is it okay to post wedding photos on social media?
Answer
We’re happy for guests to share photos on social media! We only ask that the ceremony remain unplugged, but once we’re celebrating, snap and share away.

Is there parking available near the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes, both the ceremony and reception venues have large parking lots for our guests. Our reception venue also allows cars to remain parked overnight if you decide to take an Uber home.

When will dinner be served?
Answer
Dinner will be served shortly after the reception starts, most likely at 6:30. Guests will be directed to the buffet tables after entrances and speeches are complete.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We’ll have a full open bar available throughout the reception. Enjoy a drink (or ten!) and celebrate with us.

What should I do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?
Answer
After the ceremony, we’ll be off taking photos while you enjoy a little break in the day! Feel free to get lunch, grab a drink, or check out the local area. We’ll see you back at 5:00 PM for cocktail hour!
