We’re so excited to celebrate our big day with you! To help you plan your trip and enjoy the festivities, we’ve put together some frequently asked questions. If you have any other queries, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Tenuta di Artimino, a beautiful vineyard and estate located in the Tuscan countryside, just outside Florence.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30 PM for the ceremony, which will begin at 5 PM. The reception will follow immediately afterward, so be sure to arrive a little earlier to get settled in and enjoy the surroundings.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is black tie optional, dress to impress. Tuxedos and gowns are welcome, but not required. For an elegant yet comfortable look, consider the weather and outdoor setting, especially for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Tailored suits, sophisticated dresses, and lightweight fabrics are perfect for balancing style and comfort. Most importantly, wear what makes you feel confident and at ease while still aiming for a polished, refined appearance.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, please let us know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions! We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs and make sure you have a safe and enjoyable meal. You can include this information in your RSVP.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Tenuta di Artimino for our guests, and we encourage you to stay there to make the weekend as easy and convenient as possible. The hotel is just a short distance from the venue, so you’ll be close to the action! If you prefer to stay elsewhere, we’re happy to provide additional recommendations for nearby hotels and accommodations. Just let us know!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage you to stay at Hotel Tenuta di Artimino so you can easily walk or take a short ride to the venue. If you choose to stay elsewhere, we can help you arrange taxis or provide other local transportation suggestions.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! In addition to the wedding day festivities, we will be hosting a Welcome Party on Friday and a Relaxed Pool Party Brunch on Sunday at Tenuta di Artimino. These events will be a great opportunity to spend more time with us and fellow guests!
