FAQs

Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

The weekend festivities officially begin on Friday night, so we suggest arriving on Thursday or by Friday afternoon to give yourself some time to unwind. For the early arrivals, we’ve planned a few fun events starting on Thursday to get the celebrations rolling!

Question

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

It's an all-white party, so all-white cocktail chic is perfect! Men: no suits required, linens encouraged!

Question

What should I Wear to the Wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Black Tie for Men and Tropical Elegance for Women. So for men, time to suit up in your best tuxedos or finest black-tie suits! Ladies, bring the vibes with bright, colorful bold dresses that scream tropical elegance. No black or browns. WOMEN PLEASE NOTE: there will be grass areas at the venue so no stilettos. Think thicker heels! See Attire tab for a mood board :)

Question

Do I Need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport is required to enter the Dominican Republic. Your passport must be valid through September 2025. Keep in mind that some countries, such as the USA, have rules that prevent entry if your passport is within six months of expiring. If this applies to you, we recommend renewing your passport as soon as possible.

Question

Do I Need to Complete Any Customs Forms Before Entering the Dominican Republic?

Answer

Yes, you can fill out these forms on your phone or computer. We recommend completing them before your flight, both for entering and leaving the country, and taking a screenshot of your QR code for easy access. Find the custom forms here: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do/Auth/TravelRegister

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifically includes a guest, we kindly ask that no additional guests be brought, as our wedding is invite-only. Thank you so much for understanding – we can't wait to celebrate with you! If there's someone special in your life that we have missed, please send Noa or Jack a message :)

Question

Can I Bring My Kids?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, our wedding and related events will be adults-only, except for those in the wedding party. That being said, Casa de Campo is a fantastic family destination, so we completely understand if you choose to turn our wedding into a fun family getaway. Just be sure to arrange babysitting in advance so you can relax and celebrate with us! For details on babysitting and family services visit: https://www.casadecampo.com.do/experiences/for-families/

Question

Hair and makeup?

Answer

If you'd like to book hair and makeup appointments for any of the wedding events, both Casa de Campo Resort and the Marina offer on-site beauty salons that provide hair, makeup, and nail services. We recommend scheduling your appointments well in advance of your arrival, as salon slots tend to fill up quickly. For bookings: Casa de Campo Beauty Salon: 809-523-8224 a.concierge@ccampo.com.do Amadeus Beauty Salon at the Marina: 809-523-2381

Question

When and How Do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out soon, with RSVPs to be collected later this year. The final RSVP deadline will be noted on the invitations, but if you already know you won’t be able to attend, please let us know. We’ll miss you!

Question

Can I Stay Outside of Casa de Campo?

Answer

No you cannot. In order to join us for the wedding festivities, staying on the Casa de Campo property is required. We promise it'll be an unforgettable experience!

Question

Is the Hotel All-Inclusive? Do I Need to Do the All-Inclusive Option?

Answer

The choice is yours! Casa de Campo offers guests the option to book either an all-inclusive package or an à la carte room only experience. This can be selected at the time of booking online. If you’re just coming for the weekend, we recommend the room only option. The all-inclusive package includes a curated selection of Casa de Campo restaurants, drinks, and certain activities.

Question

How do I get to the wedding events? Can I drive my golf cart?

Answer

Shuttle transportation will be available for the Wedding Ceremony, departing from and returning to the hotel lobby. For safety and space reasons, please do not drive your golf carts or cars directly to the wedding venue. For the Welcome Party, there is plenty of parking available at the Minitas Beach Club. More information to follow.

Question

Do I need a car or golf cart during my stay?

Answer

Yes, you'll need either a car or a golf cart to navigate the resort. Distances vary across the resort and a golf cart or car is necessary. If you're staying at the hotel, a golf cart is included with your reservation. If you are booking alternate accommodations please make sure you reserve a golf cart or car rental ahead of time. For details on renting a car or golf cart, please visit the Travel & Accommodations section of this site.
