We're getting married!💍

Many may know the very brief story of us crossing paths on the evening of 04/11/2013; However, God smiled and had a plan for us. It all started on a cool Friday evening in November of 2017. I had recently signed a new lease in Savannah, Georgia a few days prior and was heading home from an exhausting day at work. As I was approaching what would be my new home with a trunk full of boxes and art to unload, I "coincidentally" came across a front row parking spot and attempted to miserably reverse my car into it. Upon doing so, I noticed a male figure parked next to me and standing behind his vehicle with the trunk open; nonetheless, I got out of the car turned my head to grab a few boxes and then the words came out " Hey! I know you" The rest is History.

Grab the tissues: 2 & a half years into our relationship, we decided to take our love to greater heights. We decided to take a trip with some close friends to Las Vegas, NV. Even though it was in the midst of a pandemic, we were anxious to have some well overdue bonding time to celebrate a newborn into the circle & a very special birthday that will never be forgotten. Sunday August 2nd, dinner plans were set for 8pm where we were whisked away to Le Tour Eiffel overlooking the Bellagio fountains. The staff was already prepped on our group arrival and was willing to do whatever it took to make this evening magical. As dinner comes to an end, dessert is brought to the table & gifts are presented to the birthday girl, everyone watches and waits in excitement for the "FINAL" gift to be unraveled. Johnny utters " For this last gift, you must stand" as the purpose of the night comes to light. With her knees shaking, heart racing & the ring staring up at the bride to be, the Bellagio fountains begin to sing & she says "Yes!!" turning Vegas 2020 into our engagement weekend.
