Nicole and Molly met during their....uh....inexplicable experience at Syracuse University. From late nights in the training room to shopping binges at Michael Kors, they became best friends. Before Molly left Syracuse, the two sat on a curb during beer olympics hoping they'd continue their friendship. After contemplating getting a tattoo in Vegas together last year it was clear to Nicole, there's no one else she'd rather have standing beside her on this special day.

Ben Harrison

Best Man

Ben is the brother of the groom. Mitch and Ben used to do everything together when they were growing up living in town from playing football with the entire neighborhood in Jensen’s lot to Mitch, Ben, and BJ having a little fun with the Humboldt Reminder newspaper delivery people... we will just leave that at that... Ben now lives in Arizona and is married to Amanda Harrison. They have 2 amazing kids, Harper and Henry which Mitch and Nicole can’t wait to watch grow and spoil with lots of loud toys!

Brody Vader

Brody and Mitch have known each other all through school but weren’t always good friends like they are now... Back in the ol' middle school football days when Mitch was in 7th grade and Brody in 8th grade they used to be rivals at football practice since they would line up across from each other on the line. Now they are the best of friends and talk for hours nearly every day in the truck to pass the time. Always a good time to be had when they get together.

Sarah Nielsen

Bridesmaid

Iowa State provided a number of friends into Nicole's life, but none more loyal than Sarah Nielsen. The two seemed to have similar class schedules and sport placements that allowed for practically all nighter pizza parties for two in that semester's respective athletic training room. Not much studying ever ended up occurring, but the pizza was good and the memories made were even better - from out of context quotes made by the innocent Sar-Bear to getting stopped by the police in their own parking lot to see if they were ok to changing Sarah's flat tire in the first snow fall of the year. Nicole can't wait to make Sarah's birthday extra special this year!!

Zach Vader

Mitch and Zach have been friends all through school. They used to drive around in the old Intrepid and Blazer and look for trouble or scoop the loop back when it was a thing. They used to be in FFA together with Vrba and made lots of memories that are probably better left unsaid. Now Mitch and Zach are on the fire department together and do lots of other things with the other 2 amigos (Brody and Lee) when we get together trouble is usually close behind!

Tessa Chad

Nicole was Tessa's athletic trainer at the University of Louisville for 1.5 years. TChad came to UofL during her junior year and was pretty decent at lacrosse, but was cooler at being Canadian. Since Tessa's other half Brenna seemed to actually have classes, Tessa found herself in Nicole's office constantly - not because she was hurt, but because she needed friends. ;) Nicole was ok with it though as Tessa usually provided unlimited entertainment. Both Mitch and Nicole can't wait to see what kind of excitement Tessa will bring to their special day.

Lee Beneke

Lee and Mitch have known each other for a long time being 2nd cousins they used to see each other quite a bit on the Flaherty side family gatherings. Now Mitch and Leeland work together and go on trucking convoy adventures. They also hang out with Brody and Zach and always seem to find ways to have fun.

Brenna Shanahan

BShan tagged along with Tessa to UofL in January of 2018. Unlike Tessa, Brenna started out with a reason for being in the training room daily, but eventually that just turned into 24/7. Brenna even loved spending time with Nicole so much she decided to do an "internship" with her just so the two could bond even more, but we really think she just wanted to play with Beau. From country boy dances in Mitch's John Deere shirt to being Nicole's on call puppy sitter, Brenna has always kept life fun. Both Mitch and Nicole are excited to celebrate, responsibly, with Brenna on their big day.

Nicole's not sure Jada ever really said yes to being a bridesmaid, but took Jada's tears as acceptance. The two have always had a close bond with Jada coming to stay with Nicole in Ames every year and even once out in Louisville. The two sisters always seem to discover a new hobby together whether is craft projects or baseball games. Nicole can't wait to spend her wedding day with her sister by her side.

Noah is the brother of the bride and soon to be brother-in-law of the groom. Noah and Mitch always seem to find a way to make things fun and egg each other on to do things to cause a little mischief. Mitch is excited to call Noah his brother and can’t wait to see what kind of trouble we can stir up.

Our unicorn-everything, Disney princess-loving, hilarious niece is sure to be the star of the day with loads of hysterical quotes and lots of entertainment! We can't wait to spend our big day with her!

This blue-eyed, smiley ham nephew of ours is sure to steal the show with his sister! We can't wait to dance the night away (and walk down the aisle, if need be) to Baby Shark! ;)

Cody is the cousin of Mitch and lives in Washington. Mitch and Cody have lots of fun making memories when Cody used to come back for a week each summer and stay in Iowa. They go fishing, hunting, shooting, and just always seem to find ways to have fun!

Zach is a cousin to Mitch and also lives in Washington. Zach also came back every summer for a week to stay in Iowa. They like to go fishing together, hunting, and of course drink beer at the lake and relax and just hang out and enjoy the time together.

Amanda Harrison

Amanda is Nicole's soon to be sister-in-law and she couldn't have gotten a better one! The two have very similar personalities, but one excels at drawing up construction plans and one excels a party plans - that's where Amanda's role comes in! Nicole is excited to hand over this white binder to Amanda on the wedding day and knows that everything will run smoothly with Amanda as her right hand on her big day, because it'll be like she's doing it herself!
