To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However the deadline to RSVP is Monday, August 31st, 2026.
Please arrive at St. Mary between 3:00pm and 3:15pm EDT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 3:30pm.
Yes! Parking is available at St. Mary in the rear behind the church and school. Parking is available at Timber Banks in the events center parking lot to the right of the inclined drive.
The ceremony will be starting at 3:30pm and should last approximately 30 minutes. There will be a shuttle departing from both the Towneplace Suites Syracuse Liverpool and the Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay to take people to the cocktail hour starting at 5:10pm and running until 6:00pm. After the ceremony, we encourage people to make their way back to their hotel in order to drop off their cars and hop on the shuttle. For those not staying at a hotel, Timber Banks also has a restaurant/bar called Persimmons if you’d like to grab a drink before the cocktail hour.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
A shuttle will be available to take guests to and from the reception venue. There is also overnight parking at the reception location, so guests can either drive themselves, use the provided shuttle, or arrange for an Uber/Lyft. For transportation to cocktail hour, the shuttle will be bringing guests to Timber Banks Golf Club & Marina from both the Towneplace Suites Syracuse Liverpool and the Hampton Inn Syracuse Clay. The shuttle will be running from 5:10pm to 6:00pm. For transportation to the after party and/or hotel after the reception, the shuttle will be bringing guests to both Angry Garlic and the hotels. The shuttle will be running from 10:30pm to midnight.
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, it will be specifically detailed in the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.
The dress code for our wedding day is cocktail attire. We ask that guests wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, dark jackets and slacks, a suit and tie, etc. Please note that the ceremony and reception will be fully indoors.
