Nixie and Jairo met five years ago at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa while serving in the young adults ministry. At the time they were both in different stages of their life and lost contact with each other. Two years later, they reconnected when they attended Harvest OC and became friends. After several hang outs Jairo began to fall for Nixie after seeing she was a godly woman, in which he had longed for in a partner. He pursued her while being in constant prayer. Eventually, Nixie also caught feelings for Jairo as she saw what a wonderful man he was. They made their relationship official on December 19, 2020 in which began their beautiful journey together and will now continue to their happily ever after.
