Welcome Event

3:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Attire: sundresses, slacks, floral prints, and pastels

We’re excited to welcome you to an evening of tacos and drinks at the beautiful Observatory! Complimentary transportation will be provided from the DoubleTree Mazatlán to take you to and from the event, returning back to the DoubleTree for your convenience. Transportation will leave at 2:30PM sharp and leave at the end of the event, at 7:30PM. Want to come later or leave earlier? No problem! Feel free to come and go at your own pace. Alternative transportation methods are listed in our FAQs. We want you to relax, explore the museum grounds, wander through the gardens, and take in the views as we kick off wedding celebrations. After the event, consider heading to Plaza Machado downtown to enjoy live music and soak in the local culture!

Ceremony & Reception

4:15 pm - 11:00 pm

Guests are highly encouraged to wear their best Indian outfit (see FAQs) to celebrate the occasion. If that’s not your style, formal Western attire is equally appreciated.

Reception to follow at same location. Please arrive and be seated by 4:15 pm. Ceremony starts at 4:30 pm.
