Their love soon became a beautiful blend of cultures, as Nissi began learning Spanish while Victor learned Yoruba, turning language into laughter, shared traditions, and the merging of two worlds into one. In December 2025, Victor drove over twenty hours to Minnesota, got down on one knee, and asked her to spend forever with him. Nissi said yes.
