Fun & Festive
One of the most talked about pre-wedding events, the Sangeet, is a celebration of coming together of the two families in the union of their children. The female members from both sides of the family congregate together to sing traditional songs pertaining to the bride and groom. Relatives and friends of the Bride and Groom choreograph dance numbers to perform for the couple adding to the jubilation of the event. Traditionally the Sangeet is a night full of music, laughter, and love.

The Baraat (also known as the groom's procession) is a treasured North Indian tradition. The groom travels to the ceremony on a horse accompanied by friends and family who dance to the rhythm of the dhol to celebrate his arrival. The bride's family welcomes him with blessings and both families greet each other with garlands during the Milni.
