The Baraat is a joyful wedding procession where the groom arrives with music and dancing. Please arrive promptly at 7:30AM. Light breakfast will be served in the Chantilly and Nouvelle ballroom. The Baraat will begin at 7:45AM and end at 8:45AM - after which, the bride's family warmly welcomes the groom and his family, celebrating their union and the start of the wedding festivities together.
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Attire: Springtime Traditional - For South Asian wear, this typically means sarees, lehengas, anarkali suits, or sherwanis with rich embroidery. For Western wear, this typically means formal maxi dresses or light suits. Please avoid wearing white, black, red, or pink for this event!
A sacred ritual where the couple exchanges vows and performs traditional rites, symbolizing their union, commitment, and the blending of two families.
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm
