I've compiled a few Airbnbs and hotels for your convenience. A lot of the Airbnbs would be great for a large group. Ideally, a group would come together and collectively book it. There are options for smaller groups as well. These are just some I recommend, of course feel free to search for yourself.
Cities to search under: Wellington, Lake worth, Lantana, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, Delray, Palm Beach Gardens, Royal Palm Beach, West Palm Beach.
These cities are within the range of the venue. Fort Lauderdale is a bit far, but the drive is not bad.

Nice hotel. Free breakfast decent rooms. 30 min from the venue and not a bad drive as well.

4 STAR. Very nice hotel. A bit pricey, but cheaper than other "on the beach hotels." Good food. Relaxing views and makes you enjoy Florida.
