I need to cancel my reservation. How can I do that?

Answer

On your desktop computer (no mobile devices) please visit the original room reservation link (found in the travel tab) and scroll to the bottom. You will see a link that says "Changes/cancellations." Please enter your confirmation number (found your original booking email) and last name to proceed to cancellation.

What is your COVID Safety Plan?

Answer

Your health and safety is our number one priority which is why we are closely monitoring COVID and how it will impact our wedding plans. At this time, we are requiring that all guests and vendors be fully vaccinated prior to attending our wedding. The only exceptions are children under the age of 5 who may not be eligible for their coronavirus vaccine per CDC guidelines.

Are your venues indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All of our wedding events will be held in the open air outdoors except for the last event on Sunday which is the wedding reception and will be held in the ballroom at Hacienda Encantada.

How many people are expected to be at the wedding?

Answer

In an ideal world, we would love for everyone to be with us on our special day. We are expecting approximately 95 people in attendance at this time however this could change depending on the current pandemic situation.

Where should we get COVID tested in Mexico?

Answer

At this time, it is required to show a negative COVID test within 72 hours in order to fly back to the US. Hacienda Encantada provides on-site COVID testing for $25 with results emailed to you 24 hours later. You may purchase the COVID test for you and your party when you make your room reservations or when you check in at the hotel. Make sure to make your appointment for testing upon check in as appointments are required.

When should we book our flights?

Answer

As soon as possible! With travel booming in 2021, flight prices are expected to continue to rise.

Do we have to stay at Hacienda Encantada?

Answer

The short answer is yes! This is because the hotel is giving us a reduced rate based on the number of guests staying at the hotel and attending the on-site events. Your room will be all-inclusive, which means all of the food and drinks you could ever want will be included at no extra charge. We will also be running all shuttles to and from the events from this hotel only so this would be the most convenient option for everyone.

What is the cancellation policy for the hotel room?

Answer

Hacienda Encantada's cancellation policy allows you to cancel your hotel room free of charge (15) fifteen days prior to your arrival. Any cancellation that occurs between 14 days and 1 day prior to your arrival date, will result in a 2 nights penalty. Cancellation that occurs within 24 hours of the event will result in a full charge.

What time is check in for the hotel?

Answer

4PM. If your flight arrives earlier, you may request an early check-in and enjoy the property while your room is getting ready.

How can we get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

You may book your airport shuttle through Baja Natives Travel. Alternatively, you may prefer to take an Uber or rent a car, which you may do so at the airport. Check out our Travel page for more information and contact information for our preferred transportation vendors.

It’s about a 30 min drive.

How do we get around Hacienda Encantada? The property is huge!

Answer

Just dial your friendly concierge 10-15 minutes before you need a ride and one of their staff members will pick you and your party up in a stylish complimentary golf cart!
