One of our favorite restaurants! Marc takes his parents here when they come up to visit. Busy sit down restaurant with farm to table Italian/Californian cuisine and great wine and cocktails.
Pomet
Higher end farm to table restaurant in a more quaint upscale neighborhood. Everything they serve is delicious and their open kitchen looks like a Netflix food show.
Champa Garden
Seriously good and no-frills Lao/Thai restaurant close to where we live. A town favorite.
Parche
Fun new spot serving Colombian food. Interesting cocktail menu, creative and delicious food, you'll definitely get to try dishes you have never seen before.
Almond and Oak
Prototypical Oakland restaurant. Beautiful space, tasty food, good drinks, good vibes. Something for everyone.
Mama's Boy
Super casual NY style pizza joint. Nuff said.
Lovely’s
In-N-Out style burgers in a pretty nice beer garden. Good energy in the space, only downside is sometimes the line to order a burger is longer than one would hope.
MAMA Oakland
We go back to this place for dinner dates. Affordable prix fixe menu (pick between two options) which is a unique idea that we love.
Main Street Kitchen & Bar
Our favorite restaurant in Walnut Creek hands down. Seasonal ingredients, great service, pretty hard not to leave happy. In the middle of downtown.
Teleferic Barcelona
Great Spanish restaurant in downtown, a bit pricey but everything is really tasty.
Slice House
North Beach SF style pizza joint, with remarkably good pizza by the slice. In the same building as Teleferic.
LITA
One of Ashley's favorite spots in Walnut Creek. They claim to be the Bay Area's little Miami, I guess you can see for yourself!
