The Story Of Us
It all started at Robeson, the cafeteria of Rutgers-Newark. Being friends for 10 years, we didn't think much of it. There was tien len, pusoy dos, Jameson, and lots of food. In 2016, we connected and clicked, and thought, "Okay. This could be something." Throw in more Jameson, How I Met Your Mother, and walks in the park. "When you meet the right person, you know it. They're your Best Friend, and your Soulmate. You can't wait to spend the rest of your life with them. No one and nothing else can compare."
How He Proposed
It was Taco Tuesday (cue Lebron James). On our days off, we enjoy walking in the park, shooting some hoops, or playing catch. On that day, we decided to go to Liberty State Park, and play catch with Juan and Chumbing. Upon walking onto the grass, Phil hands over the glove to Christine, with the baseball and the ring! Next thing you know, Phil is down on one knee, with the biggest smile on his face. The rest is history!
