Hardings Beach

Chatham, MA 02633

Hardings has been the Berghausen family's favorite beach since buying their Chatham home over 30 years ago! This beach offers ample parking for a flat daily rate and direct access to Hardings Beach Trail, which ends at Stage Harbor Lighthouse. Hardings offers warm and calm waters, as it faces Nantucket Sound instead of the open Atlantic Ocean.

Lighthouse Beach

30 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633
, (508) 945-5199

Lighthouse Beach is named for Chatham Lighthouse across the street and is located right next to our wedding reception venue. The views of the Atlantic Ocean are absolutely spectacular from this destination! Parking is somewhat limited, but free. You could even consider walking to this beach from Main Street, given its proximity to downtown Chatham.

Nauset Beach

250 Beach Road, Orleans, MA 02653
, (508) 240-3780

Nauset Beach is one of Cape Cod's most frequented beach destinations by tourists. It is in a town next to Chatham called Orleans, and is well-worth the short drive. This beach offers wide stretches of sandy beach and Atlantic Ocean views for miles, and whales have even been known to breach close enough to be seen from shore!

Nantucket

Nantucket, MA

Nantucket, MA is a small island off of the coast of Cape Cod, and was founded as a whaling village hundreds of years ago. It has since become one of the most beautiful–and expensive–places to vacation in the United States! There are multiple ferry options to reach Nantucket, and you should definitely consider a day-trip or overnight excursion to this iconic destination. Shopping, fine dining, museum tours, and seeing the summer homes of the rich and famous are what to expect if you decide to venture here!

Boston

Boston, MA

We highly encourage anyone enjoying an extended vacation in MA to spend some time in Boston! Some of our personal favorite excursions to consider are visits to Fenway Park, museum trips, and the Boston Duck Tours.
