While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our wedding an intimate affair to stay within our budget. Children are welcome, but we kindly ask that you not bring additional guests or children who were not personally addressed on your invitation or RSVP. If a name doesn’t appear when you RSVP through the RSVP tab, it means they are not on the guest list and, unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding and support!
There is a soft deadline of July 14th, 2025 to get an appropriate headcount estimate. However, all guests are kindly requested to RSVP by the hard deadline of September 14, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend.
Yes! The venue has parking on the premises. We have 70 parking spots on site with multiple ADA spots. The main lot is on the left after entering the 515 Meetinghouse Grounds.
Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour and reception will feature both indoor and outdoor spaces. The reception will be held in an outdoor covered, built-in pavilion, while the cocktail hour will be hosted indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather.
The dress code for our event is semi-formal to black-tie optional. We’re aiming for a stylish garden party vibe, think elevated, elegant, and photo-ready! Whether you prefer a sleek suit or a flowy dress, dress to impress in a way that makes you feel confident and celebratory. Please avoid wearing white (including patterned or off-white dresses) or sage green to let the wedding party shine.
We warmly welcome photos and videos during the reception. However, we kindly ask that the ceremony be an unplugged experience. Please refrain from using phones, cameras, or recording devices, and let our professionals capture the moment beautifully for everyone to cherish.
After much consideration, we’ve chosen one of our absolute favorite cuisines—Mexican! Dinner will be served from a taco truck featuring three delicious meat options, including a vegetarian-friendly choice. Each meal comes with two sides: chips with pico de gallo and a serving of esquites (Mexican street corn). To complement the meal, there will be a variety of refreshing agua fresca juices, along with the usual water, soda, and alcoholic beverages. We can't wait to share this feast with you!
