What is the dress code?

The Ceremony and Reception will both be Cocktail Attire.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

Yes! On the day of the wedding there will be shuttles to take guests from our partner hotels to the church, and then to the reception venue.

What's the weather like?

Answer

December is hit-or-miss in Knoxville. It could easily be a 60-65 degree weekend, but it could also be pretty cold. We recommend bringing layers just in case.

Will the events be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The welcome party, ceremony, and reception will all be indoors. Our venues have outdoor areas with heaters if anyone needs to step outside.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes, we have two hotel options. Please see the "Travel & Accomodation" tab. We have two nights at the Hyatt (12/11- 12/13) and three nights at the Marriott. (12/10- 12/13). Offer available until 11/10/26.

I have a dietary restriction, will there be food for me?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style. If you have a specific restriction (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc), please reach out and let us know. Our catering company is very accommodating and would be more than happy to prepare an option for you. :)
