The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.
The wedding ceremony will take place outside, with beautiful views, weather permitting. We expect the weather in August to be warm, which is why we have chosen a later ceremony time and we will have refreshments available for guests. Cocktail hour will be indoors and outdoors on the patio, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. The patio will be accessible throughout the night for photos, breathers, mingling, etc!
We are SO excited to see our guests dressed up for our big day! The dress code is black tie optional. We ask that ladies to please avoid whites, creams, and ivory and be cautious of shoe choices, as there are some grassy areas around the cocktail hour patio. Bridesmaids will be wearing sage green.
There is valet parking available at the venue. Please don't drink and drive. There will be a shuttle service to take guests to and from the hotel and the venue allows cars to be parked overnight as long as they are picked up the next day.
Yes! We have secured hotel room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express in Newton, NJ, which is about 7 miles from Bear Brook Valley. Be sure to use the discount code: DLW when booking your room. Please reserve your hotel room by June 15, 2025. We will also be offering a shuttle service to take our guests to and from the hotel.
Yes! Drinks are on us :) Please drink responsibly and utilize the shuttle services, carpool, or Uber if needed!
We have tried our best to accommodate our guests, but unfortunately, space is limited. If a plus one has been allotted to you, your invitation will reflect that. We look forward to spending the event celebrating with our closest friends and family!

We will have professional photographers and videographers capturing our ceremony. While we would love for all our family and friends to be fully present in the moment with us, we welcome any photos or videos you are able to take from the comfort of your seat. We ask our guests to please silence their phones during the ceremony.
