Things To Do

The Wedding Website of Nina Johnson and Evan Rosenfield
We’re so excited for you to spend time in one of our favorite areas. From charming towns and scenic views to great food and local spots we love, there’s so much to enjoy while you’re here

Beacon Main Street

Beacon, NY 12508

Take some time to explore Beacon, just a short drive away. Walk along Main Street, filled with cute boutiques, coffee shops, and local restaurants. Its the perfect place to wander and soak in the Hudson Valley charm. Some of our favorites are The Wonder Bar, The Roundhouse, and Kitchen & Coffee. The shopping is all local and super cute, and if you’re around on Sunday, don’t miss the Beacon Farmers Market!

Beacon Train Station

33 Railroad Drive, Beacon, NY 12508

If you’re looking to explore, the Beacon train station offers easy access to New York City. It’s a simple and scenic ride along the Hudson River, perfect for a day trip before or after the wedding.

Hopewell Hot Bagels

792 New York 82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533

Perfect for the morning after Hopewell Hot Bagels is our go-to for a classic New York breakfast. The best bagels in town, if you ask us.

Local hiking

If you’re up for something more active, you can hike Mount Beacon it’s a bit more challenging, but the views at the top are so worth it. For something a little more relaxed, Long Dock Park in Beacon is perfect for a scenic walk along the water. And if you’re feeling adventurous, Breakneck Ridge in Cold Spring is another popular (and steeper) hike with incredible views of the Hudson.
