FAQs

Question

How do we book our stay?

Answer

Please view the “Travel” page on the website for the link to the Room Block website!

Question

What is included in my stay?

Answer

This resort is an adults only all inclusive. Nightly hotel pricing reflects two people including lodging, unlimited food and drink, and all activities offered at the resort. You may encounter some items on the resort that may be for sale, such as upgraded bottles of wine at dinner or items in the shops, but it is disclosed they are an additional cost.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Although we have August 1st listed on our invite, it is best to submit your RSVP as soon as possible. The room block is secured through July 20th, and after that point it is not guaranteed you will be able to book at the room block rate. It is also cheaper to book flights as soon as possible!

Question

Where should I fly into?

Answer

Cancun international Airport (CUN). The airport is a 35 minute car ride from the airport. If you would like us to help arrange transportation for a group or for you as an individual please send us a message.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to have them join, the resort is an adults only 18+ resort so children are not invited.

Question

What is “Summer Formal” attire?

Answer

Women: Floor length dresses. Think fun colors, lightweight or flowy fabric. A shoe check will be provided for the beach ceremony and the reception will be on a paved ground, so feel free to wear any style heel or shoe you’d like! Men: Pants and a button up with a sports coat or suit jacket. A full suit is not required and linen dress pants are a fun way to embrace the beach venue. Ties are not required. Loafers or a dress shoe.

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes, all events are outside on the grounds of the resort. December in Mexico should bring lower temperatures at night and less humidity. It can also be breezy after the sun sets so you may want to bring a light shawl/ jacket just in case! (But hopefully dancing will keep you warm in case of a cooler night :) ).

Question

Does the resort require any dress code?

Answer

Daytime bars and eatery require casual dress code; Bermudas (long shorts or Capri pants), sneakers/tennis shoes and sandals. Ladies must wear a bathing suit wrap or cover-up. No sleeveless shirts for men. Dinner options require a Casual Elegance dress code; Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.
