Question

Will there be COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

If possible, we ask that guests test for COVID prior to attending. We will have some tests on-hand, so please let us know if you would like us to provide one to you. We ask that you please don't attend if you have a cold or any other symptoms consistent with COVID. The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors. We will have HEPA air filters throughout the space and some airflow from open windows during the reception. We are not planning to require masks, and we understand if this affects your ability or interest in attending. We are still figuring out some of the details and will likely update this section with more info soon! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Will there be parking?

Answer

While the area does have some street parking, it can be tricky to find a spot. We are currently working out whether we'll be able to rent a parking lot near the venue. Check back soon!

Will the venue be ADA accessible?

Answer

Yes, the iO Theater is ADA compliant. The ceremony will be outdoors on the ground floor and the reception will be on the fourth floor, which is accessible via stairs and an elevator.

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Answer

We will be serving a buffet-style dinner with a variety of options, including at least a couple things that are vegan and/or gluten-free. We will be asking your dietary restrictions on the RSVP and will communicate any needs to the caterer, who has told us they will be able to make small portions to accommodate allergens.

Semi-formal/dressy casual: cocktail dresses, sundresses, skirts, button ups, dress pants, suits if you want to, etc...wear what makes you feel your best!
