Where is the wedding located?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be held at Swift Creek Banquet Hall in Pocahontas State Park. A park ranger will be at the entrance and can help you navigate to the hall from there, but we’ll also include some directions on our website below. Starting at the Visitors Center located at 10301 State Park Rd: • Head down E State Park Rd, passing the front of the visitors center. • Follow the road all the way down for 2.5 miles where you’ll eventually hit a dead end. • To the left there will be a sign for Swift Creek Camp. Follow that road until you see the hall to your left. • Drive past the building and you’ll see the front of the hall where ample parking is available.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men.

Will there be parking available?
Answer
Yes, there will be free parking available for all attending guests. Guest must tell the ranger on duty that they are here for a dining hall event for the fee to be waived.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! We will have all vegan and vegetarian food, but please let us know if you have any other specific restrictions you’d like us to be aware of. You can text Nina at (915) 887-9227.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes, we will have wine and beer available.

What is the smoking policy?
Answer
Smoking is prohibited inside and within 25 feet of all buildings.
