When should I arrive and depart?

Answer

We recommend arriving 1-2 days before the wedding as we will be having a welcome party and would love to have you there. Check out our schedule for our hosted and optional events throughout the weekend! Most guests plan to stay 3-4 nights, but you’re welcome to extend your trip and enjoy Tulum!

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

You can fly into Tulum (TQO) which is a 45 minute to 1 hr drive to Tulum. or Cancún International Airport (CUN). Tulum is approximately 1.5 hrs from the airport by car.

How do I get from the airport to Tulum?

Answer

Where should I stay?

Answer

Tulum offers a wide range of hotels, Airbnbs, and resorts. We recommend staying: In Tulum town (Aldea Zama or La Veleta) for affordability and accessibility or Near the beach See the travel page for a few hotel options.

What will the weather be like in April?

Answer

April is one of the best months in Tulum: Warm and sunny Average temperatures: 75–88°F Low chance of rain We recommend light, breathable fabrics and sun protection.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Resort formal: For Women: lightweight floor length dresses. Chiffon, silk, bright jewel tones, or understated florals. For Men: Lightweight Blazers, Dress pants, airy fabrics, light or earth tone colors. Avoid white, black, jeans, shorts, flip flops, baseball caps, tennis shoes

Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be outdoors on the rooftop of the villa. There will be on site restrooms available and access to indoor air conditioned space as needed.

Can I bring a plus-one or children?

Answer

Please refer to your invitation for any allowed additional guests. Due to space limitations at the villa, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Will food and drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be serving a full meal, drinks, and dessert. If you have dietary restrictions, please note them on your RSVP.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes, a valid passport book is required to travel to Mexico. Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Passports expiring on or before October 2027 will need to be renewed.

What currency is used in Tulum?

Answer

Mexican Pesos are preferred, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. Credit and debit cards are commonly used, though having some cash is helpful.
