When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by 6/5/2024. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. If you do not RSVP by 6/5/2024, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcount to vendors shortly after this deadline.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 4:45 PM as the ceremony is scheduled to start at 5:00 PM. Please note that the venue offers valet parking or self parking with a shuttle, which might take a few extra minutes. If you happen to arrive earlier, feel free to enjoy the main lobby's delightful bar!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal wear. It's expected to be hot, so please keep that in mind when choosing clothing. Average temperatures are in the mid-80s and humid.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited venue space, we are unable to accommodate additional plus ones on request.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family/children in the wedding party. As a result, the only children invited are those that have been specified in invitations explicitly.

Answer

Yes! Let us know ASAP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Valet parking or self-parking options are available. We are currently negotiating an event rate for parking.
