Suraj and Nilosha had always known each other, but it wasn't until college, where what started as friendship quickly turned into something more. Drawn to each other’s sense of humor, love for adventure, shared drive toward our goals, and mutual inability to say no to late-night snacks, we built a relationship full of laughter, support, and spontaneous weekend getaways. Over the years, Suraj and Nilosha have supported each other through undergrad, graduate school and now their careers as a doctor and physical therapist. Traveling together and trying new things has became one of their favorite things—creating memories in new places while always feeling at home with one another. The proposal happened in the most perfect way: a surprise moment beneath the Spanish moss trees in Charleston—the very city where it all began. Now, we can’t wait to start the next chapter together and celebrate with all of you!
