A Rental bus will pick you up from the airport (you might need to wait for other guests as well) and then it will go straight to the hotel in Hua Hin which takes about 3 - 4 hours depending on the traffic.

Flight

Flight from Chiang Mai to/from Hua Hin

If you don't want to fly into Bangkok, there's another option for you which is you can fly into Chiang Mai and take another direct flight to Hua Hin that only take 1 hr 20 mins with AirAsia. The flight operated on Mon, Wed, and Sun. Hua Hin Airport is quite small so going through the gate is super easy and fast. And it takes about 10 mins drive from the hotel. After the wedding, if some of you have time and want to travel and explore more of the Northern part of Thailand, you can easily fly there from Hua Hin.
