The Plaza District is full of shops, food, and places to grab a drink! There are murals by local artists on the backside of the buildings on the Northside of the street.

Located in the center of Edmond, near shops and restaurants, a sizable park with a volleyball court, a small fishing pond, trails & playgrounds, plus grassy areas.

Depending on where you are staying, Chisolm Creek is a great place to walk around! It has lots of food options, random outside games/activities, and places to quench your thirst.

East Wharf Drive

The East Warf at Lake Hefner has a walking trail that goes all the way around the lake, roughly nine miles. The East Warf in particular has Hefer Grill, Red Rock Canyon Grill, Mama Rojas, and Louie's for lakeside food options.

The Edmond Railyard has plenty of options for food/drink and has a patio area for porch chillin' that is family-friendly. It is near downtown Edmond, off of Broadway, which has other food/drink options too!

The Patriarch is a 3-story house in Edmond, OK built in 1903 by William M. Hunt, who moved to Edmond in 1901 and was involved in the start of Citizens Bank of Edmond. Today this property, known as 'The Hunt House' by the local community, has been gentrified and restored to facilitate an All-American craft beer bar, with 48 taps flowing with the finest local & national breweries' ales, lagers, saisons, blondes, wheats, stouts, sours, & more.

If you want to enjoy some time outside and walk around downtown OKC, the Myriad Gardens has a beautiful outside area with some trails and you can pay to tour inside the botanical garden area if you please.
