Yes. At this time, assume you will need to wear a mask and will be social distancing. The party is outside and the weather should be nice.

How am I going to get home if I shouldn't drive after the reception?

Answer

Lyft and Uber both operate in the Mount Shasta area. Also, it's a 1 mile walk to most of the hotels in town. The bed and breakfast is just around the corner. You'll already be wearing comfortable shoes/sandals for our outdoor wedding!
