Question

Do I have to stay at Embassy Suites to attend the wedding events?

Answer

Guests are welcome to stay wherever is most convenient. There are several hotel options in the surrounding area. For those local to DC or staying elsewhere in the city, the venue is easily accessible by public transit—just a 7-minute walk from Metro Center (Red Line) and a 5-minute walk from Federal Triangle (Orange/Silver Lines).

Question

What is the event deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 31, 2025 by clicking on the 'RSVP' tab.

Question

What should I wear? Any colors to avoid?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! Most people avoid wearing black to the wedding ceremony. If you are interested in purchasing Indian clothes, please check out www.houseofindya.com or www.hatkay.com
