What is the suggested attire?
Answer
Autumn Garden The ceremony will take place outdoors in a grassy field. Please plan footwear accordingly. Reception will take place in an indoor reception hall.

What does site accessibility look like?
Answer
The ceremony space will be on a grassy lawn that does not have a paved ramp leading up to it. The slope down to the ceremony site is not steep and a wheelchair could be pushed the extent. The reception space is on a second floor. Access is either by staircase or elevator. If a wheelchair will be used in the reception space, please let the bride and groom know so that seating arrangements can be made.

What is the timetable for the event?

Please plan to arrive by 3:30PM. The ceremony will promptly start by 4PM followed by a cocktail hour. Dinner and dancing will begin at 6PM. The event will last until about 9:45PM.

Is there parking on site?
Answer
Yes! While parking is not allowed on the main road, the brewery has a large parking lot that will be open to the party and the public. The parking lot is shared with a community hall as well as a public park. Carpooling is suggested but not stressed. That said, if the weather holds out you may want to arrive earlier rather than later. If there is no parking available at the brewery, there are many public parking lots located within the surrounding park. Please keep in mind this will add on walking time to the venue (5-10 minutes). If you are planning to take a cab/uber/lyft, make sure to reserve your ride ahead of time. There is not a reliable amount of on-call uber/lyft drivers in range of the venue. We stress to please arrive for the ceremony by 3:30 PM so that we can have a prompt start time of 4 PM.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! Please keep in mind that this area is very rural, and you might have better luck with brands such as Airbnb or VRBO. We will not be booking a hotel block, however if you are in need of a hotel here are a few local places to check: Fairfield Inn & Suites Goshen Middletown: 20 Hatfield Ln, Goshen, NY 10924 Mountain Creek: 200 NJ-94, Vernon Township, NJ 07462 Legoland New York Resort: 1 Legoland Blvd, Goshen, NY 10924 Again, PLEASE check Airbnb and VRBO first as they may have more options, in more convenient locations, for better pricing!

Please let the bride and groom know if there are any food allergies. We do plan to have gluten free and vegan options.
