Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! In fact, there will be kids menu and kids activity at the Vineyard. However, please be aware that Church Ceremony will last about 1 hour.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail/Garden Attire: Wear cocktail dresses (either long or short) in light colors, floral prints, suits in lighter hues. We’d love to see you in neutral light tones (green, blue, beige, pink, yellow) —they’ll look stunning against the vineyard and mountain backdrop in photos! Please, no white dresses :) Ladies please note that Russian Orthodox Church requires covered neckline and shoulders, so you might want to add light shawl.

What will the weather be like?

Virginia and DC area in late May offers delightful spring weather! Daytime temperatures are usually in the mid-70s to low 80s °F (24-28 °C), making it warm and inviting, while evenings cool down to the mid-50s or low 60s °F (13-17 °C). You can expect a mix of sunny skies and the occasional rain shower. It's a lovely time to enjoy the area!

There is plenty of street parking by the church and big parking lot at the vineyard.
