Please be fully vaccinated & boosted for COVID-19 to attend. This is to protect all of you, us, and a few vulnerable individuals in attendance. The last thing we want is for any of you to get sick. Reach out to us if you have any questions.
Please take a COVID test prior to traveling to our wedding weekend. Again, we want to do our best to protect all of our loved ones. We are happy to help you source a rapid test if you need, just reach out to us, or go to the post office website ASAP to order a free box.
Casual cocktail attire is recommended. We will be at a beach with pine trees and some sand to navigate, and we will eat at very nice picnic benches (not wood). We want you to be comfortable but also hope you'll dress to join us for a few photos. We encourage you to wear safe & comfortable shoes for the sand & some slightly varied terrain.
The weather in Tahoe can be unpredictable, please bring a rain jacket and a warm jacket (or puffy). There is a slight chance of rain late Saturday night into Sunday morning, please make sure to pack a rain jacket. WEATHER forecast: LOW of 39 degrees F, High of 83, low chance of rain late Saturday night into Sunday morning.
If we encounter any issues with fires or bad air quality you will receive an update. Thankfully we have been very fortunate so far this year (unlike last year), fingers crossed that this trend continues.
RENTAL PROPERTY: When traveling to our rental properties please try to carpool and use a few cars as possible (we have room for about 5 in the driveways). PARKING AT WEDDING: The venue has it's own parking lots and overflow dirt parking lot. Additionally, you can park along much of the adjacent road (Donner Pass Road- the venue is on a corner), but you cannot park on S.Shore Drive (the address of the venue).
Please enter through the gate adjacent to the main parking lot, let the attendant know that you are there for the Prince Martinelli wedding. Your entry has been pre-paid. SEE Venue map, and very basic map of location under "Gallery". Your phone or GPS navigator plus the venue map should get you to the right place.
